Canceling an Appointment
We are sorry to hear that you are planning to cancel your appointment. If it is necessary for you to do so, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your schedule. Please try to schedule the most convenient date for you to prevent this from happening.
There is a $25 fee for cancellation of an appointment without 24 hour notice.
