The office address is 1840 W. Maryland Ave, Suite A, in Phoenix, 85015. We are on the northeast corner of 19th Avenue and Maryland Avenue, one stoplight north of Bethany Home Road and one stoplight south of Glendale/Lincoln Avenue.

To get to the office take highway 51 to Glendale Avenue and go West 3.3 miles. Turn left on 15th Avenue. The next stop sign is Maryland, turn right on Maryland and before you get to 19th Avenue you will see the  parking lot on the right. This avoids the light-rail construction.

Alternatively you can take Interstate 17 to the Glendale Exit and go east. Turn right on 19th Ave and at the next stoplight turn left on Maryland. The parking lot is the first one on the left.

If you are coming from the East Valley, take Highway 51 (formerly the Sqaw Peak Parkway now Piestowa Peak Parkway) to Bethany Home Road, and exit there. You can only go left on Bethany Home and take this 3 miles to 15th Ave where you will turn right or North.  Maryland Ave is past the round-about and at a stop sign. Turn left on Maryland Ave. Our office is on the corner just before 19th Ave, you can park in the back.
