The office address is 1840 W. Maryland Ave, Suite A, in Phoenix, 85015. We are on the northeast corner of 19th Avenue and Maryland Avenue, one stoplight north of Bethany Home Road and one stoplight south of Glendale/Lincoln Avenue.
To get to the office take highway 51 to Glendale Avenue and go West 3.3 miles. Turn left on 19th Avenue. The next stoplight is Maryland, turn left on Maryland and park in the parking lot on the left.
Alternatively you can take Interstate 17 to the Glendale Exit and go east. Turn right on 19th Ave and at the next stoplight turn left on Maryland. The parking lot is the first one on the left.
